Senior Embedded Engineer_DSP

Swedium Global is having presence in Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic and in India. Role: We are looking for a DSP/ML engineer with strong MATLAB/Python-based algorithm development and C programming expertise who can provide technical guidance, challenge the team constructively, and proactively drive topics to completion. What is particularly important for the team: Technical guidance and a willingness to challenge existing approaches constructively Strong ownership mentality and execution focus Proactive, courageous, and hands-on personality who moves topics forward without waiting for direction Able to create momentum, make decisions, and help drive the team forward Key competencies: Strong background in DSP and sensor data processing Solid experience with algorithm development and prototyping in MATLAB and Python Good knowledge of C for algorithm implementation and optimization Experience developing ML-based solutions for resource-constrained devices (nice to have) Ability to optimize algorithms for accuracy, robustness, power consumption, and false positive performance Proven track record of taking algorithms from concept to production
